Located in the area of Eixample, on Calle Pau Clarís 92, this trendy and well established Restaurant/Bar is where the rich and famous people hang out. The place has lots of throne-style furniture and gilded wallpaper, topped off with a colossal chandelier. Many start the night around 11pm with a laid back dinner in the restaurant area. When it’s getting closer to 1am, people are no longer sititng down. You are now in the buzzing VIP section of one of the most exclusive places in Barcelona. People are queuing up outside to get in and do not be surprised if you spot one or two celebrities among the crowd. (The place is know to be a ”Footballer’s Hangout”). Considering the status of this place, the prices are actually decent, drinks costs around 9€. If you are not on the guestlist or know any of the doormen it can be difficult to get in to ”Buda Bar”. Good tips are to arrive early, be smartly/glamorously dressed and of course, smile! Who knows, the beautiful girl in the door may decide to let just you in!
