30% of our clients rent for 3-10 days,

During summer time we recieve most short-term bookings and now at the end of September when all the universities are about to start, there is a huge interest in renting long term. Reduced deposits and our landlords desicion to charge one fixed price for all flats (no matter how many tenants staying, provided they do not exceed the number of beds provided) have resulted in many students renting an entire apartment together. The city of Barcelona has so much to offer all year around. Many people forget that apart from the beaches and the amazing weather during summer time, there are hunderds of reasons to pay Barcelona a visit. The great food, the beautiful arquitechture, the many museums and not to forget the “football culture” are just a small selection of what makes Barcelona one of the most popular cities in Europe among turists, students and workers.
