The main airport is called “Aeroport de Barcelona”, but the most people shortly call him “El Prat” because of the little commune south of Barcelona where it is located. After the biggest Airport in Madrid-Barajas el Prat is the second largest airport of Spain. You have a variety of transporting possibilities from this airport to Barcelona city center. You can go by car (about 14 kilometers), train (Renfe Línea Mataró) and bus (Aerobús A1 to Plaza Catalunya from 6:40-24:00 every quarter hour or Autobús Línea 106 Plaza Espanya from 22:15 – 3:20 every 75 minutes). trans Get here by Air Every possibility takes around 20-40 minutes to bring you to Barcelona. The next Airport from which you can reach Barcelona is in Gerona. Ryanair is flying to this little airport nearly 100 km in the north of Barcelona. Autobuses transports you compatible to the arrival and departure times of the Ryanair flights from the Gerona airport to the one of  the main train stations in Barcelona Estación de Autobuses de Barcelona Norte and the other way around. Last but not least, Ryanair also flies to the airport of Barcelona Reus some 120 km in the south of Barcelona. From there you can catch a bus which brings you to the center of Reus and from there you have the chance to go on with the train. It will take you about one and a half hour.  But there are also buses from Reus airport to Barcelona Sants Estació, the main train station in Barcelona.For more information please visit the site:
